Molly is approximately 6 years old, and she is a retired breeder. Though a little shy, she is sweet natured, gets along with other dogs, and would make a good companion. Molly weighs about 15#; she crates well and is making good progress on house training. She can go up and down stairs (unusual for a dog straight from a puppy mill) and proved able to jump onto a bed and make herself at home. She is well behaved during bathing and grooming. Molly can handle wearing a harness with a walking leash, though she will need additional work to master that. In the meantime, she will need a secure (fenced) area for going potty. As with nearly all dogs with a similar history, she will do best in a home with an existing dog to show her the ropes and help her bond with her humans. For more information or if you’re interested in adopting Molly, call or text Mary at (574) 524-6040. Leave a clear message with your name, phone number, and the dog you’re inquiring about. She will respond at her earliest availability.
